Is there a better way of sharing a question with another user on or off the Senate? (instead of using 'answer request' 'watch list')

This is what I have been doing:

    • I uploaded some answers onto Team Senate. I want to share them with someone who can answer.
    • If I share the questions with 'watch list' the user won't know why I have sent it or which bit I think is useful.

    What I want to do:

    •  I want to draw attention to a specific answer.
    • I want to add a personal note to identify which project it could help with.
    • I also think that if I could share answers in a different way, I could draw in non-senate members more easily.

    What I suggest:

    • I like the idea of a pop up form. Ideally it would allow a user to mark up which bit of the Q or A is useful, and then add text to explain why it is being shared.
    • I would also like to tick a box to 'share to Facebook' and be allowed to add better metadata or content before posting.
